Yesterday I had a TERRIBLE day with my car and I was completely and utterly happy with the service I was provided by a tow-truck drive named Kevin E. He was as cool as a cucumber while I watched on in horror as my car and his truck blocked 4/5 lanes of traffic in downtown Newark. Ha! He was so nice, patient, and professional.
